I am a 19 year girl from Denmark, and my whole life I have been incredibly passionate about cultural exchanges and meeting new people through traveling and local engagement. I love being active, playing music, talking, cooking and surrounding myself with likeminded people. I am curious and happy to take part in cool projects and causes around the world. I can’t wait to meet you out there somewhere:)

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Growing up in a big family (with 3 little siblings) I am used to hectic environments filled with kids and many activities all the time, and I have come to love it. For the last two years of high school I attended UWC Atlantic College in Wales where I lived and studied with students from all socioeconomic and religious backgrounds. Being surrounded by people from more than 90 different nationalities taught me a lot about the world and myself as we held conferences, debates and various activities all together. This led me to go on Semester at Sea’s fall voyage, studying my first semester of university on a ship while exploring Europe, Africa and Asia for 4 months. This was the most amazing thing I have ever done and only furthered my love for traveling and meeting people in the places I go. Being with locals and engaging in their life is when you really experience a place and it’s people in my opinion.
Apart from this I am very passionate about playing music and doing sports and have worked as a swim coach and a jam night organizer in the past years. When I’m not doing this I am an outdoor guide and had a position as a peer counselor at my last school, ensuring the wellbeing of all students and good communication between the management, teachers and students.
I am curious and happy to learn new things, so I can’t wait to see where workaway brings me:)
