We are Finley and Maja, a couple from Germany and always on the look for a new adventure and some challenges where we can learn new skills and more about ourselves.
Maja and I love hiking in the mountains. I also like strength training and running. Maja’s likes painting and, like me, we’re both big music fans. Traveling is a huge passion of ours. In Germany we especially liked to take road trips. Maja is traveling for 3 months now, and I'm for 1,5 month. It was important to us to do some solo travelling first.
Maja enjoys coffee and dancing, while I like to ride motorcycles and we like to go snowboarding together. We’re both planning to study engineering. Christmas is definitely our favorite holiday, so we are really missing the game nights we used to have with our families.

Since we are both from Germany it's just really comfortable for us getting around not speaking that much English. But, we are both really passionate about speaking it so we like meeting people with another native language and sometimes even speak English to another. Finley learned Spanish in school and I'm currently learning Spanish. That's really rewarding and I'm always interested about learning new languages, since it widens the circle of people I will be able to talk to.

We’re a solid team, not just because of our shared interests but because we balance each other out with our skills. We love spending time in nature and value being with family and friends. Our friends would say we’re super helpful and always ready to jump in and figure things out. Of course traveling is one of our passions and we're so excited for every adventure coming up.
Hey, Finley here, I have a bit of experience with gardening and a lot of experience construction work. I’m interested into planting and I'm really into building small things, like nature-stone walls and because I'm a sports guy I really like splitting woods—it’s just my kind of thing. Plus, I’ve taught friends how to snowboard, so I know how to share what I know in a way that’s fun and practical. I like being hands-on and getting stuff done.
As for me, Maja, I’ve spent over six months working as a tutor, which taught me a lot about patience and connecting with people. I did that also while volunteering in Laos. I’ve also worked as a waitress in a café, where I learned how to handle all kinds of situations and keep things running smoothly. I really enjoy working with people, whether it’s one-on-one or as part of a team—I just find it super rewarding.
Together, we’re a great team. Of course we have our strengths, but we’re both flexible and support each other. We love being integrated into new teams and meeting new people. We especially love the cultural exchange. We’re ready for new challenges where we can combine our love for nature, teamwork, and helping others.
