¡Hola! Soy Fernanda, nutricionista y estudiante del Doctorado en Ciencia y Tecnología de los Alimentos. Mi trabajo se centra en la bioeconomía circular, enfocándome en el uso del bagazo cervecero para crear productos proteicos. A su vez, soy emprendedora y diseño herramientas educativas en nutrición que llegan a diferentes países de Latinoamérica.
Soy una apasionada del estudio, el diseño, el trabajo y, sobre todo, de viajar. Me encanta conocer lugares desde adentro, a través de su gente, cultura y tradiciones. He tenido experiencias de intercambio estudiantil, realicé un Work and Travel en EE. UU., y un voluntariado en la hermosa Patagonia Argentina. Este viaje es mi oportunidad para explorar de manera diferente, fuera de mi zona de confort, y estoy ansiosa por aprender nuevas habilidades y colaborar en lo que haga falta, aportando también mi experiencia y conocimientos.
Soy curiosa y abierta a aprender la mayor cantidad de habilidades posibles. He realizado cerámica gracias al negocio de mi mamá, por otro lado, he trabajado en cocina y en un tiempo tuve un emprendimiento de productos saludables (leches vegetales, mantequilla de maní, granola, etc.). Durante mi Work and Travel en California, trabajé como recepcionista en el spa del hotel, donde aprendí mucho sobre el trato al huésped y la atención al público. Esto me permitió mejorar mi inglés, y tengo muchas ganas de seguir aprendiendo este idioma.
Me considero una persona amable, tranquila, y paciente, con una gran capacidad para adaptarme a distintos entornos y aprender en el camino. Mis experiencias anteriores me han enseñado a superar desafíos y a ver lo positivo en cada situación. También soy organizada y proactiva, lo que me permite trabajar de manera eficiente y contribuir de manera significativa en los equipos.
No tengo un interés específico sobre el lugar al que me gustaría ir y estoy abierta a distintas experiencias, sé que puedo contribuir en áreas como diseño y creación de contenido, fotografía, producción audiovisual, cocina, atención al cliente y contacto con huéspedes o niños. Estoy también abierta a actividades como jardinería, pintura o arte, y me encantaría aprender sobre ellas.
Llevo un estilo de vida saludable, cocinando casero a base de plantas, yendo al gimnasio, viajando y disfrutando de las relaciones sociales. Me encantaría compartir mi cocina con mi host!
Mi proyecto de diseño de herramientas de nutrición me llevaron a aprender mucho de redes sociales, creación de contenido, página web, ventas, excel y mucho más! por lo que estoy segura que algo de esto podré volcar en su lugar y colaborar con sus objetivos.

Through my work, I've gained valuable experience in content creation and social media management, which has enhanced my creativity and communication skills—qualities I’d be excited to apply in any project involving digital media, design, or promotion.
I also aim to live a healthy lifestyle, cooking plant-based meals, staying active at the gym, and maintaining positive social relationships. I bring this enthusiasm for wellness into my approach to work, seeking to create environments where health and positivity flourish. My previous experiences include a Work and Travel program in the U.S., where I worked as a gym receptionist, learning about guest relations and customer service, as well as a volunteer experience in the beautiful Patagonia region of Argentina.

I have an Italian passport. I love playing Catan and can teach you "Truco," a traditional card game from Argentina. I’m also a big dog lover! I have a pet, Lola, who’s like my baby. I’ve been living on my own since I was 18, so I’m very organized and know how to keep my space tidy.
I have a national driver’s license, and while I’m allergic to insects, I’m very careful and always carry my emergency medication—though I haven’t needed it since I was 12.
I eat all types of food, including meat, though I usually follow a vegetarian diet at home. I may need to work online for a few hours a day during my first two weeks there.
