Hi, we are Federica and Hugo, a Chilean-Italian couple who love traveling to meet new people and discover different cultures. For the last year we have lived in the mountains of northern Italy working with wood, plants and flowers. Nature is the place where we feel at home, which is why we live with gratitude and respect towards it. We believe in mutual help to be able to grow together, which is why we will be happy to share a Workaway experience.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I am Federica and I`m a bartender, in recent years I have worked in a biodynamic farm that grows medicinal and aromatic plants, edible flowers and small fruits. The company also offers catering services, so I had fun transforming what we grew into drinks for guests. The flowers with their beauty and the aromatic plants with their scent have inspired me in the creation of new cocktails. This summer I grew dye flowers to experiment with dyeing fabrics. It was wonderful to play and connect with Nature, I am grateful for what it gives me. The colors of nature make the world wonderful!

I am Hugo, a Chilean dentist with an holistic approach. Last year I dedicated myself to working in a carpentry shop. I learned skills to work with wood and make different types of furniture. I like working with the land, so I have fun building gardens and growing vegetables.

Was noch ...

In recent times we have developed a great interest in meditation and yoga. Federica is currently taking a non-violent communication course while Hugo is taking a meditation course. We are both interested in moving forward on the spiritual path and finding the means to grow.

Additionally, Federica loves to cook Italian food, and Hugo also teaches salsa dance in his free times.
