Born and raised in Toronto, I'm used to the big city but am drawn towards rural living and being in nature. I feel a pull towards exploring places and minds, and I'm very much into meditation. I think I'm good at universalizing experiences in order to better understand and relate, conversely I love learning about radically different ideas from my own and everyone's idiosyncrasies.
I care about relationships, the environment, minimalism, learning from today so that I can be a bit better of a person tomorrow...and I think a sense of humour is important in all of it.
I've done some WWOOFing abroad as well as large-scale agricultural farming in Southern Ontario and although I definitely prefer the former, I've learned immeasurably from both.
Currently going through a big life transition of not being in school - I studied a subject until I became entirely disillusioned and dropped out - and I'm looking forward to getting to know myself outside of that identity.

I know American Sign Language, I've worked with adults with intellectual disabilities for almost a decade, and have taught children in both French and Spanish. I've planted crops, built raised flower beds, and harvested acres of fruits and veggies. I'm great at following direction and work well both independently and in teams. I love making art and playing piano, I can unicycle and my motorcycle (if you have one, let's ride!) and occasionally bake things with too much sugar.
English, American Sign Language, Spanish, French
