Hello, I am Emily. I am 27 and grew up in the UK.

I have spent the past four years training as a professional Sprint Kayak athlete. However, in January 2018 I put away my paddles and began working in a Boarding School as a House Parent.

I love children, I love animals and most of all I love being outside. 💛

Training as a professional athlete was a brilliant learning curve and great fun, but I am enjoying a slightly slower pace of life since retiring. I am looking for somewhere to spend a few weeks this summer learning new skills and immersing myself in a new culture.

I am also studying with the Open University for a BSc (hons) in Health Science.

I had the best time staying with this wonderful family. The work was really enjoyable; the children are a delight! The house is in a fantastic location for exploring the beaches along the South Coast and travelling a little further on your days off. :blush: :turtle:

Emily stayed with our family for nearly three weeks and fitted in to our routine and home perfectly. She brings boundless enthusiasm for life, and is full of energy and adventures. She was an excellent house guest, clean tidy and polite, and the kids loved her.
