Hello everyone

I hope you are having a wonderful day!

I am Emilie (32) from Denmark and have a educational background within biology and nature management. So I love nature, animals and being outdoors exploring.

I am driven to learn new stuff, meet new people and grow as a person everyday.
I want to contribute to make the world a better place, spread out positive energy and a little bit of love.
I have a big interest within sustainability and how I can make my contribution in this sense plus how to live my life in the best way in a co-existing.
I try to be grateful for each day and like to find the little joys each day.
Often I am in a good mood, I am curious and interested to experience/explore new things, whether it has to do with farmwork, teaching, within hospitality or animal care.

I love nature, hiking and staying active and keeping my body healthy.
I try to live my life with emphasis on sustainability, climate, environment and animal welfare. I am vegetarian/vegan and try my best to make environmentally conscious choices.

I quit my job back home as a caseworker within nature legislation, as I have the drive to get out and explore the world.

I am energetic, happy and love meeting new people, and are curious about learning new stuff and to experience new cultures.
I consider myself a fast learner and have a positive mindset toward my tasks.
I am a teamworker who is open-minded and adaptable and consider myself a structural and interdisciplinary worker.

I find this concept of doing different types of volunteer work meanwhile meeting new people and travel, as the perfect way to explore.

I have a pretty broad resume within different lines of work and can contribute with the following practical skills:

- Farmwork (worked on a farm in New Zealand for 2 weeks)
- Gardening and fieldwork (working with vegetation/plants)
- Projectmanager and fieldwork with nature restoration, conservation and regabilitation (Worked in East Kalimantan, Indonesia in collaboration with NGO)
- Education and teaching children within sustainability, biology and climate change
- Hospitality (I have worked as a chef, waiter and eventplannet within hospitality for 10 years)
- Teaching language (English A-level, or danish)
- Maintenance tasks (such as painting, cleaning, taking care of practicalities)
- Working with people and taking care of them

I hope to meet and work together with like-minded people and lets create a great world together and live our best lives.

I have a big interest in music and like to sing as well just for fun. I also like to be creative and give your mind a break in that sense.
In the recent years I have had a big interest within meditation and that whole world. I like to read books to expand my mind within self-development and how I can become the best version of myself.
