Greetings!
My name is Emily :) I am passionate about the outdoors, meeting new people, self-sufficiency, sustainability, and holistic health (as well as a whole lot more!). I was born and raised among the mountainous landscape of the Southern Oregon wilderness and have grown up with a close connection as well as deep respect for the land. In my free time, I enjoy playing guitar, riding motorcycles, kayaking, rock climbing, surfing, backpacking, and skiing. I would love to learn more about homesteading skills, carpentry, sustainable agriculture, eco-architecture, and herbalism. I am eager to widen my skill set and take on new projects. I am hardworking, responsible, and a quick learner motivated to help you in any way I can. I look forward to the possibility of meeting you!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Despite graduating from High school in June 2021, I have acquired an Associate's degree through an early college enrollment program. Taking college courses at a young age taught me to be self-disciplined and hardworking.
I took martial arts for a number of years so I am knowledgeable in self-defense.
Through a missionary trip to Tijuana Mexico, I built a house alongside a group of other volunteers, so I have some experience in construction and would love to learn more.
I have worked in the hospitality industry for over three years and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
I have two years of experience working as a barista for two specialty coffee companies and can make an excellent cup of coffee! :)
Through a work trade in Idaho, I learned how to tend goats and chickens, make wonderful home-cooked meals, and a variety of other homesteading skills.
Through a work trade in Costa Rica, I worked in a receptionist position at a hostel which tremendously improved my Spanish speaking skills.
