Hi everyone! After 1.5 years of working a corporate job, I decided to quit my job and do a gap year in Australia. Having had the best time of my life during my previous travels, I am hoping to once again meet new people, get to know a new culture and hopefully make some amazing memories in Australia.

My plan is to start my journey in Tasmania and just go with the flow. Other places I would love to see are Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, Perth, Great Barrier Reef, Byron Bay, Golden Coast, Uluru and so on. I would also love to go to New Zealand.

As I have plans to go back to North America (I had my student exchange in Canada) for the world cup in 2026, and as I will visit 3 Japanese friends in Tokyo and Osaka somewhere in the near future, my budget will be under a lot of stress. 😅
I will most likely combine working for 1 or 2 months, with travelling for 1 month for example. Or alternatively, working for 3 months and travelling for 2.

I’m all about doing 'epic stuff'—hiking, skydiving, shark cage diving, surfing, beach time, road trips, camping—you name it! But if that's not your thing, no worries! I also love coffee and a good drink, so we can always grab a coffee or a beer and just hang out.

I am open to suggestions and seeing if our plans match. Don't hesitate to get in touch! :)

I have worked multiple restaurant and hotel jobs and have also done some physical labour when renovating our home, garden and shed with my dad and brothers.
