Hello! My name is Ella and I’m from Nova Scotia, which is on the east coast of Canada.
I love being outside, camping, hiking, swimming, and being active. I am happy anytime I'm near the ocean or in the wilderness.

I am a bit of an adrenaline junkie, although I also love having quiet time, especially out in nature. I like having hands-on projects to work on. I love telling jokes and hearing stories. I love chocolate.

I love travelling and I joined workaway because I want to do more travelling and learn about new places, as well as pick up some new skills and meet new friends! I have had some amazing volunteer experiences through workaway and wwoof and am always on the lookout for more.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I have lots of wilderness and generally outdoorsy experience hiking and backpacking. I also have some sailing experience on small boats and I would love to learn more. I also have a bit of experience working on boats, mostly sanding and painting but I'd also like to learn more about this!

For the three years I worked at a landscaping company so I have lots of experience in gardening and property maintenance, using power tools, and working outdoors all day. I also have a seasons experience tree planting in British Colombia which was really fun and is also hard work outdoors all the time. I'm happy working independently or in a group.

I also have experience working with children as a summer camp leader and a swim instructor.

I have a Canadian drivers license and can drive a manual.

Was noch ...

I love sports, I'm a speed skater and I also do a bit of climbing (mostly indoors but I'm slowly getting into outdoors) as well as running and a bit of surfing! I pretty much will always want to jump in to ocean no matter how cold it is.
