Hey, we are Beth and Conor! Nice to e-meet you 🙂

Myself and Conor are currently living and working in the UK.
We returned home a little while ago now after having the most incredible year and a half exploring South/Central America, where we participated in many diverse volunteering opportunities and home-stays - From making furniture in a jungle to harvesting Agave. It was a fab adventure! We came back home to replenish our bank accounts and set up as freelance designers, which has been a new challenge in itself. Slightly tired on the English climate and culture, we are now ready to be back on the road again. Meeting new people, exploring new cultures, learning skills and practising our Spanish!

So, a bit more about us. We are both from the North of England (Yorkshire), and have been together for over 10 years now! We are both 28; I'm a commercial interior designer and Conor is a furniture designer and college tutor. We are both creatives so really enjoy hands on projects, and Conor loves to fix just about anything he can. In our spare time we both love to discover new places, take long walks, cook good food, socialize with our friends, go see live music/festivals and drink at the pub. Conor is a keen bmx'er and loves all things bike, he is also a trained bike mechanic. And I love all things health; whether that be running or cooking delicious vegetarian/vegan meals!

My sister lives in lovely Lisbon and we shall be staying with her in March. After we plan to travel to Spain for a month, and we would like to fit in an opportunity to volunteer and practise our Spanish for a couple of weeks.

We both look forward to hopefully getting to know you and having some new great experiences! Beth & Con 🙂
