Beschreibung

My name is Elena, I'm 20 years and from the south of Germany. I would describe myself as a calm but easy going person. I enjoy time in nature as well as exploring new city's and experiencing different cultures. I love to get to know people from all over the world and exchange experiences and stories. For me it is the most beautiful way to get to know the world and its people.

The things I'm most interested in at the moment are sustainable and ecological types of living... that's why I am Interested to get to know alternative lifestyles which are more in harmony with nature.
I would love to learn more about selfsuficiency. For example growing vegetables, permaculture farming and preparing food in a good and healthy way. I’m plant based since a view years and always happy to learn from others who have similar values on eating and consumption.

Last year I spend a few months in Asia. Right now I travel in Europe. Taking this time was and still is a very unique experience for me and I am glad to say that I already learned a lot about other cultures, people and about myself.

Living in a mindful way got more important for me in the this time. I started with yoga and meditation about a year ago and especially in Asia i noticed my interest to learn about spirituality, selfdevelopment and conciseness. I spend three days in a buddhistic monastery in thailand and it was an experience i will never forget.

I am happy to get the opportunity to learn, grow and connect through this platform :)
