Hello!

I’m originally from San Diego, California, but a few years ago, I took a leap and moved to Cape Town, South Africa, where I’ve embraced a life deeply connected to nature. This connection has become a vital part of who I am, and I’m eager to strengthen it by engaging in meaningful, hands-on work.

Recently, I left my remote tech job to pursue something more fulfilling. I’m passionate about learning trades like carpentry and general construction, with the long-term goal of building my own eco-lodge cabins. I’m genuinely excited about the opportunity to gain practical skills and contribute to your projects, whether it’s DIY work or helping with property maintenance.

I bring a lot of energy and a relentlessly optimistic outlook to life. I am here to learn and make the most of this experience, and I’m enthusiastic about the chance to connect with new cultures and communities along the way.

While my professional background has primarily been in the tech and serving industry, where I honed strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, my true passion that I am exploring lies in hands-on work and connecting with others. I’ve always been someone who thrives on learning new skills and engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.

Although my experience in DIY, bio-construction, and gardening is limited, I am extremely eager to dive into these areas. I approach every task with enthusiasm and a positive mindset, and I’m not afraid to roll up my sleeves and get to work. My ability to quickly learn and adapt means that I can pick up new skills efficiently, whether it’s working with tools, understanding construction techniques, or tending to a garden.

Connecting with people is one of my greatest strengths. I believe that collaboration and communication are key to any successful project, and I’m always ready to listen, learn, and contribute in meaningful ways. I’m driven by a genuine desire to make a positive impact and contribute to a collective effort, and I believe that my optimism and willingness to learn make me a valuable addition to any team.

I’m passionate about outdoor adventures, from camping under the stars and hiking rugged trails to the top of mountains to surfing. This year, I’ve been training for my first marathon in Ireland, pushing my limits and embracing the journey. I also love staying active by playing fútbol and enjoy expressing my creativity through drawing. In my downtime, I’m often cooking up new recipes, playing card and board games, or singing my heart out at karaoke. Traveling to remote destinations fuels my adventurous spirit, allowing me to explore new places and cultures.
