Hi there!

I'm a friendly, curious, and handy person and I enjoy physical work, working with people, taking care of animals, and creating beautiful environments. In my previous apartment, I designed and built a good amount of my furniture myself and I would be thrilled to help projects with building things. Among the things I love are photography, people and animals, nature, physical and mental balance and tranquility.

Different cultures are a great source of inspiration for me and I like to give back, share experiences with fellow travelers, and live this life without causing too much harm to the planet. My friends often tell me that I am a good listener but I see myself more as the lucky recipient of the wisdom of others.

Walking off the beaten track and finding the beauty in every pocket of nature is more enjoyable to me than seeing yet another sight that "you must see". I am open to traveling with people who are curious, balanced, and enjoy having both silly and deep conversations.

I have spent time in Nepal teaching English to primary school children and helped the community to build a round mud house over the course of several weeks. I have experience with designing and building simple furniture—given the right tools—and I'm passionate about creating beautiful environments. I have a green thumb and like to take care of plants and working in the outdoors. In the past, I took care of animals, particularly dogs, and I have a big heart for them. I speak several languages and can teach English and German. Last, not least, I'm a semi-professional photographer.

Overall, I consider myself rather versatile and adaptive; the environment I thrive in the most is working outdoors with animals and/or nature.

He pasado tiempo en Nepal enseñando inglés a niños de primaria y ayudé a la comunidad a construir una casa redonda de barro. Tengo experiencia en diseñar y construir muebles sencillos—siempre que tenga las herramientas adecuadas—y me apasiona crear entornos hermosos.

Tengo buena mano para las plantas y me gusta cuidarlas, así como trabajar al aire libre. En el pasado, cuidé de animales, especialmente perros, y tengo un gran corazón para ellos. Hablo varios idiomas y puedo enseñar inglés y alemán. Por último, no menos importante, soy fotógrafo semiprofesional.

En general, me considero una persona bastante versátil y adaptable; el entorno en el que mejor me desenvuelvo es trabajando al aire libre con animales y/o la naturaleza.
