Currently I am working in Spain, but I have itchy feet to travel again.

Beschreibung

I am a 54 years old married woman with a 21 year old daughter. I have been studing english my whole life but I never had the opportunity of going for a long period of time to an english speaking country, so I would like to have the possibility to do it. I have a degree in conservation and restoration on fine arts (wood, paints, textile and photography). Currently I work in a historical archive specifically with antique photography process, as conservator, organising the photographic archive.
I'm a very hard working person, positive and easy going.
Every summer I work as volunteer in a Scout Camp as cook assistant, so I'm used yo sharing bedroom, bathroom, and communal spaces.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Upholstering, doing the wallpapering, painting, decorating, renovating. I usually use tools like drill, saw, hammer and screwdrivers at home.
Photography conservation and restoration, photoshop, digitalizing, taking photographs. I work in a historic photograph archive.
Textile conservation and restoration, sewing, pattering, spinning wool and linen, weaving, knitting, crocheting, dyeing, embroidery... and many other skills about fabrics.
Book binding, making boxes, scrapbooking. I desing and hand made cards, invitations... etc
I work with photoshop software, word, excell, access.
Cooking, cleaning, tidying, chilcare... I am 49 years old and I have a family of 8 (husband and 16 years old girl, and also parents and 3 sisters) consequently housework isn't a problem for me, actually I do them every day.
Cooking: I am from basque Country and cooking is essential for our Country. I am able to Cook many typical dishes from my Country as well as typical and general confectionery. Mediterranean cooking is also well know for me, and I know a bit vegetarian cooking.
My family have a farm and I am used to doing farm works and gardening.
I like having my house and my work place very very clean and neat, so I need to keep tidy and clean all the places I live o work.
Every summer I work as volunteer in a Scout Camp as cook assistant, so I am used to cooking for many people (100-120), as well as sharing bedroom and communal spaces if it's necessary.

I like cartography and orienteering races, so find new places o read a map is not a problem for me.
In my free time I like very much mountain hikings.
I help in historical recreations as costumer director and I enjoy a lot going to flea markets.
I have the European Sailing Licence.
I have an important background in basque traditions, including basque dance (teacher and dancer during more than ten years), basque dance costumes (sewing for basque dance groups and for privates) and traditional basque costumes (sewing for people to dress in special celebrations like basque traditional wedings)
