We love hiking, creating lovely seasonal meals, foraging in the forest for mushrooms or on the beach for edible seaweeds. We both love bouldering and going on adventures.

Beschreibung

Hello/Kon'nichiwa and nice to meet you, we are Dimity and Nick, taking 6 months off our lives here in Melbourne, Australia to travel. We plan to use slow tourism and volunteering as a way to deepen our knowledge of the counties we visit, to get to know the people, places and local practices in a way that is not just observing but interacting and growing. This trip we plan to explore Japan, Korea and India.

We both have a deep love for nature and a desire to find ways to work together as a species to find ways to look after and nurture this magnificant planet we call home.
We have both individually studied permaculture and have volunteered on many projects in our own country and around the world. As this is a new account for us together we can share reviews from past accounts and different websites such as, HelpX, WWOOFING, Find a crew and couch surfing.

Our vision is to one day establish our own garden and dwelling with the principles and techniques we have learned over the years to walk instep with nature and create a life that is both healthy for ourselves and the environment around us.
