Hello everyone!
We are Demian and Andrea, we are a couple of travelers from Argentina and Colombia; we have Italian citizenship and residence permits, respectively. We are new to this platform, but we have experience with more than 10 volunteer projects in almost five years of travel.
Currently, we will be in Italy for a long time.
We are very responsible, respectful, and, above all, passionate people in everything we do. We always give our best in every place we go.
We love to travel and learn about new cultures because we believe it is a way to learn and enrich ourselves. We like to discover other ways of seeing the world, of living, of expressing ourselves, and of creating. We like to share experiences, stories, laughter, and emotions. We like to help others and contribute something positive to each place we visit.
Some of the things we have in common that we enjoy include taking long walks through nature, learning new music, and exploring new and incredible places. We also have a shared interest in learning about people, their life stories, and their travel experiences. We both have dreams and solid plans, and we are resilient and strong individuals. Personally, I am passionate about learning about the universe, philosophy, spirituality, yoga, and plants, while Demi is enthusiastic about everything related to technology, the internet, and video games. However, we are both open to continuously learning new things.

Tourism Expertise: Extensive knowledge and experience in tourism, gained from traveling for 5 years through various countries and continents, as well as participating in over 20 volunteer/work experiences dedicated to tourism.
Hostel Reception and Management: Successful management experience in charge of a hostel in Machu Picchu, overseeing reception, cleaning, administration, customer service, reservation management, and leading a team of 10 people.
Customer and Hospitality Service: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring positive experiences for travelers and fostering repeat business.
Experience in reservation software and cash register: Skilled in the creation of accommodation reservation software and cash register system in Ecxel, which has helped several hostels to facilitate transactions and improve their organization, including mountain equipment rental system.
Multilingual Proficiency: Spanish as native language, English intermediate level, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of international travelers. Currently we are learning Italian to expand language capabilities.
Restaurant and Bar: Proficient in managing the operations of a hostel's restaurant and bar, contributing to a rewarding and enriching experience for guests. We have experience as a waitress and kitchen assistant too.
Content Creation: Skilled in generating engaging and informative content for various purposes, including blog posts, social media, and website content, to attract and engage potential customers.
Administrative Skills: Capable of assisting with various administrative tasks, contributing to efficient and organized operations in a tourism-related setting.
Computer Skills: Proficient in computer-related tasks, including Office software and laptop repair, offering valuable technical support to enhance the overall guest experience.
Reservation and POS (Point of Sale) Program Experience: Skilled in creating and managing reservation systems for accommodations and utilizing Point of Sale (POS) software to facilitate smooth and efficient transactions in a hospitality environment.
Cultural Adaptability: Demonstrated adaptability and openness to different cultures, enhancing interactions with travelers and creating a welcoming environment.

Our main motivation is to learn as much as we can about the world, every incredible landscape. That's why we love to travel and explore new places, admiring their beauty and diversity. We can share stories, moments of reflection, and deep conversations about almost anything.
We enjoy sports like jogging; I personally enjoy practicing yoga, while Demian loves swimming. It relaxes us and makes us feel good about ourselves. We also take pleasure in music and discovering new cultures and cuisines. Personally, I enjoy reading and learning about plants, the universe, spirituality, consciousness, philosophy, neuroscience, mycology, or anything that contributes to my personal growth. Demi, on the other hand, is very interested in new technologies, especially artificial intelligence and all the advancements in this technological world. He enjoys being self-taught and is very skilled in all computer-related topics.
