Hello everyone,
my name is Christina and I think workaway is a wonderful opportunity to get to know other countries and cultures and make great experiences. I really like to travel and see more of our world.

I am friendly and cheerful, reliable and helpful, open and flexible, uncomplicated and resilient. I love being in nature and being active: hiking, cycling, yoga, swimming. I enjoy socializing with friends, cooking together and playing boardgames. I have a grown-up son and after many years in Berlin, Germany, I have been living in northern Spain for 2.5 years, where I run the kindergarden of the German school.

What would I like to do?
I can imagine working in many different areas. Gardening I really like and I bring experíences because I had my own garden. I am a pre-school-teacher, work in kindergarden since many years and enjoy taking care of children. I can look after them very well and reliably.
In my youth I rode horses for many years and I have a very safe and calm way of dealing with them. I also get on well with other animals. Helping with farm- and house animals, working in a stable I appreciate. Cleaning rooms, housekeeping,helping in the kitchen, baking and cooking I also like.
I have got a driving licence and I am a safe driver.
I am open to a lot of things and love to learn new things.
Workaway I have already done four times on farms in Switzerland and South Tyrol and at a riding stable in denmark and have always found it very rewarding.

I really enjoy gardening and bring experience.
Because of being a pre-school-teacher I am very good with children. I run a kindergarden and that means I am able to work in a team and I am good with people.
Actually I like cleaning and taking care of the house.
I used to ride horses for many years and can handle them very well. I have had a dog, cats, rabbits, chicken and in my childhood I spent a lot of time at the farm of my friend and help with the cattle.
Yes, I am 56, but I am fit and open and I really enjoy to learn something new.
