I'm an easy going guy from the beautiful island state of Tasmania, Australia. I'm a qualified carpenter & cabinet maker with over 6 years experience in construction. I've been travelling and working abroad for the past 5+ years, spending 3 of those years working at sea as a carpenter/deckhand (which is where I met........)

Was noch ...
We both love travelling, and have been doing so together for the last couple of years. We spend a lot of time outdoors hiking, swimming, and enjoying nature! We also enjoy cultural experiences and learning about life in different countries through food, music, and meeting new people. In the evenings we can be found playing board games such as Ticket to Ride and Carcassonne over tasty food and maybe a beer :)

This was our first Workaway in India, and what a time it was! We stayed for 10 days with Aneesh and his wonderful family. We spent the weekdays planting cardamom, and digging holes ready for coffee and black pepper plants. Olga and her family are wonderful people, I had a great time learning to milk the goats and helping build the new cheese tasting room. Olga is a great cook too, everyday delicious new food to try. I had an amazing time staying with Primoz and his friend Kefalo on Trebević. He's a very knowledgeable and inspiring man who you can learn alot from. I had alot of fun helping build his mountain hut and I can't wait to see it completed! Thanks again my friend, that view is something I'll never forget.

This guy is definititly 6 out 5 stars! He stayed with us for 5 weeks and became in no time part of the family.
