Hi, My names Colin I am from Belfast Northern Ireland Living and working in Dublin. I work as a restaurant manager/Events manager. Most recently I've been working with restaurateurs as a consultant helping with creation and opening of new restaurants.
I will be travelling India from september-December and I am hoping to do some workaways along the way. I have previously had some workaway experiences working in hostels bars and teaching English. I enjoyed these experiences and would love the opportunity to do this again.

I would describe my self as a chilled extrovert and find it easy to get along with most people. I really enjoy meeting new people and learning about other cultures. Embracing and celebrating our similarities along with differences. I also love all things to do with culture, art, music and fashion. I especially enjoy painting and have recently been working with local street artists in my community on different art projects. looking forward to exploring and learning whilst I travel. CAREER SKILLS

I have spent most my career in the hospitality industry working in many different sectors. Working as a chef in multiple kitchens and even spent time as a Head chef at a large hotel. So I am pretty handy in the kitchen and love to cook. Most recently over the past 6 years have been working as a restaurant consultant and manager while doing this I have had to turn my hand to many different things from being an electrician and builder and have helped with the opening of quite a few different l restaurants. I have also worked in hostels as a volunteer while travelling , mostly in reception and as a tour guide. In that time I have become very familiar with different booking systems.
I studied business management in Queens university so I can help with things like. Basic accounting or even with marketing and business strategies. I am not afraid of hard work and am willing to help where needed.
