I am Bianca (31yo) from Melbourne Australia. I have a sense of adventure, enjoy meeting new people and seeking to experience slow travel with this upcoming trip. I am a down to earth person who enjoys being amongst nature while also enjoys the city life.
A bit about me is that I am a nature lover, being active, swimming, personal development, reading, animals, music, dancing and yoga. I enjoy getting to know people and creating connections through deep conversations. Learning about how different people live to challenge my
point of view. I also enjoy arts and crafts and learning to play guitar.
When I am in my hometown of Melbourne I enjoy trying new cuisines, hiking, and dancing and I am a novice in improvisation. I also love spending time with friends, family and my pet dog Beau. I have many hobbies depending on the phase that I am going through.
Cooking is a passion that I love sharing with others. Volunteering in community kitchens or cooking classes allows me to combine my love for food with my desire to help. Preparing meals for those in need or teaching others how to cook nutritious dishes brings me a sense of purpose and joy.
Meeting new people with different views is another aspect of volunteering that I find deeply enriching. It broadens my perspective and challenges me to think differently. Engaging in meaningful conversations with people from diverse backgrounds fosters a sense of community and understanding that is invaluable in today's world.
Previously I have volunteered with the Ceres Community Garden helping with gardening - mainly weeding and planting, in Costa Rica I helped to build seats around a soccer field out of eco-bricks, I volunteered at a second-hand store in Melbourne and I volunteered at a 5km Fun Run.

My professional background is in health care as a Nurse, I also have my first aid and CPR.
I have experience working in a Deli and handling food and beverages.
I also have an interest in Philosophy and specifically Buddhism. I am also open to learning about different cultures and philosophies.
I recently helped my mum paint our spare room and helped in the garden.
I have also been volunteering at the Ceres Community Garden, where myself and a small group of volunteers helped with weeding and planting native plants.
Previously I have worked in Aged Care as a carer, as a Barista and a kids' cooking party host during my school years and at University.
I am a fast learner and eager to contribute to your project.
I speak English Fluently and I am an intermediate in Czech and a beginner in Spanish.
I would be happy to teach English to locals.

I enjoy playing guitar and singing. I will be bringing my Ukelele with me on my journey. I also enjoy trying out new recipes. I enjoy playing card games like Monopoly Deal and Uno.
