Beschreibung

My name is Audun, I'm 19 years old and live in the south of Norway!

I'm a person who likes to get things done. This applies to work, working out or other general things in life. Through my later years I have also learned how to lead and understand people better.

Growing up I lived with my family. We have always had a big garden, with many different kinds of plants. As a kid my parents taught me how to work in the garden and do all kind of everyday chores.

My family also enjoyed being out in the nature. We often went on trips in the forest next to our house, or longer trips to the mountains where we would sleep outside.

Because of my upbringings I have learned to love being outside, as well as doing and understanding different tasks in the garden.

Through my later years I have worked at a few interesting jobs. My first job was taking care of a popular island. I cut the grass, painted and fixed things on the houses if needed. From this job I have learned how to fix all kind of problems coming up on an Island with older houses and big gardens.

I have also been to the military. Here I was selected as an instructor. I instructed up to 120 solders at the time. From this experience I learned very much about leading people. The military also taught me more about discipline, respect, courage and responsibility.

Now I'm working with people with developmentally disabilities. I help them with everyday tasks as making food and brushing their teeth, as well as being a friend they can talk to. This has taught me a lot about understanding and communicating with people.

Was noch ...

I love to work out! Going to the gym helps me booth mentally and physically. Mentally I have time to focus on myself and push through barriers. Physically I can use a lot of energy and try to be better than I was last time! I have worked out for five years, and I will never stop doing it!

Going to Australia I'm excited to meet new people! I love to learn and experience through others. Especially meeting people from the other side of the world will be an extraordinary experience!

Next year I'm going to study physiotherapy. I'm very interested in the body's functions and structure. I also like to work with people and to fix problems. Because of this, I think physiotherapy is a great profession for me.
