Hello, my name is Astrid, and I would like to make a difference for other people.

This is currently my slogan because I feel freedom within myself and I want to share it:
"Freedom is only yours when you can give it to others."

However, I am still searching for freedom in my way of living, such as a small home where I can live freely.

I had some health problems after a skiing accident, and I am trying to increase my weekly working hours. In the past few months, I have been doing volunteer work at a natural swimming pool, where I also swam every morning, and now the cold water dips are starting. I also have a water tub behind my house for the winter months.
I help an elderly couple with their B&B around the garden. The maximum hours I have worked per week is 15, but I want to increase that, and I am hoping for someone to give me a chance.

I have been nominated as the most active and non-sedentary volunteer at the natural swimming pool.
I am honest, respectful, have a good sense of humor, and people know what they can expect from me.
I am quite independent and I live mindfully and in the moment.

I would like to learn more; at the B&B I learned how to use a tractor, electric lawnmower, roadside mower, and log splitter, etc.

My English could use a bit of a refresh, and switching between Dutch and English is a bit difficult for me.
I want to improve my English.
I’m currently looking for a camper to travel through Europe for a few months.

I am ready for a new challenge and I finally want to pick up my adventurous, travel-filled life again, which I have put on hold for a while because I have been content with how things are.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Mij skills actually come from my life experiences because I am a doer.
However, in recent years, I have mainly focused on working on myself, and now I do everything from a place of love and with 100% dedication.
This is due to my perseverance , and I have a strong personality.

For example , I enjoy sculpting, I designed my front and back garden myself, took care of everything , and plant it all.
In six years, I walked more than 20.000 kilometers with my dog ( who passed away)

My goals now is to dedicate more hours per week to being of service. 🙏
