Arnaud, 30, after finishing my Masters in business school, I turned to sustainable projects and then to the world of beer. I've been a brewer for 5 years now. Having already taken part in several workaways, I'm now off to Canada again, a project that's been close to my heart for a long time!

I'm very interested in permaculture, food autonomy/self-sufficiency and resilience. Having read a lot of books and taken part in a number of projects on the same theme, I'd now like to get down to the nitty-gritty, whatever the field in question:
- gardening
- bioclimatic construction
- botany
- permaculture

I'm not afraid of hard work, and I'm willing to put in the effort to learn as much as possible!

Arnaud, 30 ans, après avoir terminé mon master en école de commerce, je me suis tourné vers les projets durables puis dans le monde de la bière. Ca fait maintenant 5 ans que je sus brasseur. Ayant dejà participé à plusieurs workaway, je suis à présent de nouveau sur le départ pour le Canada, un projet qui me tenait à coeur depuis longtemps !

Je suis très porté sur les thématiques de la permaculture, de l'autonomie / auto-suffisance alimentaire et de la résilience. Ayant lu beaucoup de livres et participé à de nombreux projets dans le meme theme, j'aimerais maintenant progresser dans la pratique quelque soit le domaine en question :
- jardinage
- construction bioclimatique
- botanique
- permaculture

N'ayant pas peur des gros efforts, je suis prêt à m'investir pour apprendre un maximum de choses !

Connaissance de base de la construction de murs de chaux et de systèmes d'aquaponie.
Toujours désireux d'acquérir de nouvelles compétences !
