Beschreibung

We are Bram (27) and Annelotte (25), two Dutchies who are traveling through Europe with our motorhome Sheppey, whilst enjoying the beautiful sceneries, learning about the magical landscapes, meeting like-minded people and acquiring new skills.

We both love animals and nature very much. We would like to learn from people who live in close relationship to nature and have a lot of knowledge about living off the land. Workaway is a great chance for us to be of help to others, while also hopefully acquiring new knowledge and skills for ourselves. With this, we ultimately hope to establish our own homestead and to be able to contribute to the community.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

We have both studied in the Netherlands. Bram has studied Human Resources (HR) and has worked in multiple functions such as consultant and HR advisor. Annelotte has studied Languages and Cultures with a focus on English and has worked as a (copy)writer and translator. We both are seeking experiences that are in closer contact with nature as opposed to working from an office, so we are open to learning about basically anything and everything! But are also happy to offer anything within our field of experience if needed.

We have some experience in gardening and flower farming, as we have worked in the kitchen/market garden of an estate before in England. We did lots of gardening, netting, sowing, harvesting and other tasks involved.

We both are big animal lovers. If there are animals who need taking care of we are happy to offer our help! We have experience with housesitting with dogs, cats and other cattle and Annelotte has ridden horses in her youth from age 5 till 18.

Bram is very interested in cooking and preparing food and is always willing to learn or help out with preparing meals. Annelotte loves medicinal plants and and herbs and learning about natural ways to support our health.

We are interested in almost anything, so whatever we lack in knowledge or skill, we make up for in enthusiasm and willingness to learn. :)

Was noch ...

We love music and are always happy to talk about or play music, especially outside around a campfire ;). We love hiking, camping, just being outdoors in general. We love meeting people and learning about their way of life.
