Hola,

Soy Anika, encantada de conocerte :)

A finales de 2023 dejé mi trabajo en el sector de las energías renovables para cumplir mi sueño de viajar por el Caribe y América Central y explorar la naturaleza, conocer gente nueva y hermosa y respirar plenamente la vida. Durante los próximos meses tengo ganas de viajar y conocer Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Panamá y Colombia y Brasil, antes de empezar mi máster en Sostenibilidad a finales de verano.

Tengo los pies en la tierra y soy curiosa, me encanta pasar tiempo al aire libre con diversas actividades deportivas (senderismo, surf, ciclismo o cualquier otra cosa que se me ocurra), ponerme creativa con la pintura y los pinceles o viajar para sumergirme en nuevas culturas. Mi proyecto personal es aprender más sobre las formas de vida circulares, mejorar mi juego de upcycling y la sostenibilidad agraria.

Soy una persona muy comunicativa y abierta con una actitud práctica, estoy dispuesta a participar en lo que sea necesario y puedo aprender rápidamente nuevas habilidades. Me encantaría ayudar con cualquier tarea relacionada con el aire libre, la decoración y la construcción, o también en tareas relacionadas con la comunicación. Pasé la última oportunidad de Workaway apoyando con la recaudación de fondos y la coordinación de proyectos, tengo experiencia en la captación de donantes y marketing, lo que podría ser útil para presentar o mejorar tu proyecto. Los animales ocupan un gran espacio en mi corazón, y estaría encantada de cuidar de cualquier mascota, caballos, cabras - lo que sea que tengas. Y, sobre todo, ¡me encantaría unirme a vuestra comunidad y formar parte de ella! :)

Hi,

I'm Anika, nice to meet you :)

End of 2023 I left my job in the renewable energy sector to fulfill my dream of travelling through the Caribbean and Central America and exploring nature, meeting new beautiful people and fully breathing in life. During the next months I look forward to travel and experience Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Panama and Colombia and Brazil, before starting my master's program in Sustainability at the end of summer.

I'm down-to-Earth and curious, love to spend time outside with diverse sports activities (hiking, surfing, biking or anything else I might come across), getting creative with paint and brushes or travelling to immerse myself in new cultures. My personal project is to learn more about circular forms of life, to improve my upcycling game and agrigultural sustainability.

As a very communicative and open-minded person with a hands-on-attitude, I am eager to jump in with whatever needs to be done and can quickly learn new skills. I would be happy to support with any outdoor-related tasks, decorating and building, or also in tasks related with communication. I spent the last Workaway opportunity supporting with fundraising and project coordination, have experience in donor outreach and marketing, which could be handy to present or upscale your project. Animals occupy a big space in my heart, and I would happily also take care of any pets, horses, goats - whatever you should have. And most of all I would love to join and become part of your community! :)
