Beschreibung

We are couple from Slovakia (28, 30) doing our Working Holiday in Australia. Before, we also spent one year in New Zealand on WH, and it was such a great experience, that we decided we want to do it again, in Australia this time. We like meeting new people and seeing how they live, and that's why we are on this platform.

Andrea
I used to work as data analyst but quit that job and went travelling to New Zealand for one year. I also travelled a few countries in Europe and Southeast Asia and spent one semester in Canada. During traveling I get different perspectives and ideas how people can live their lives which I can apply later when I'll be ready to settle down somewhere.
I like hiking, cycling and running in nature. I love any kind of animals and spending time with them.

Adam
During my University studies I went to USA working and traveling for couple summer months and I found out that travelling is my passion. After I came back to Slovakia I settled for a while in rope access work for telecommunications. That time I was also travelling a bit in Europe countries. But after 3 years I met Andrea and we decided to not settle down but go to explore the world together.
I like meeting new people and get different perspectives on things. I like visiting new places or trying local food as well as hiking and cycling around. As we lately been travelling New Zealand we did so many hikes I cant even count them. Im also little bit into mountain climbing. And in meantime i like to read books. Im open person so im always keen to do or learn new things.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

We worked in NZ in orchards where we were picking kiwis, apples and persimmons, and in plant nursery, where we were planting vegetables and flowers. Also on another woofings in NZ we did some weed releasing, spreading wood chips around native plants, splitting wood, fixing fence, cleaning windows or waxing wooden stairs.

Adam
I have master degree in Human nutrition. Nutrition, healthy lifestyle and food is my passion.
My second passion is photography. Everywhere I go, I go with my camera to document and make some memories. I was also once photographer of my friend’s wedding. But mostly I like to photograph nature.
I was living in house with vegetable and fruit garden. My father had also apple orchard and we had bee hives so I was always involved in some help or work in there. We also had hens and dogs all of my childhood. My father was working as gardener and arborist and I helped him with planting, wood chipping, cutting trees or mowing lawns.
After school I started work for telecommunications as rope access worker, installing antennas on telecommunications towers. So we did lots of drilling, angle grinding or assembling technology or even painting, nailing, making concrete and installing steel constructions.

Andrea
I have master degree in financial engeneering which I applied in many kinds of office jobs during university and two years after it. But siting in front of computer can be boring sometimes and that's why I'm here, to get a better perspective on life and try new things.
Back at home we used to have a vegetable garden where I was helping from time to time.
