Beschreibung
Hello, my name is Aloïs, and I am an 18-year-old boy. I live in the countryside near Spa in Belgium. Before choosing a job or other studies, I would like to learn languages and live various job and life experiences.
Last year, I have travelled through Scotland by bike with a youth group. We also worked ten days in the Tarras Valley Nature Reserve. It was challenging and full of beautiful experiences.
I am a youth group leader for children aged 6 to 8. Along with other leaders, we organize games and activities for them every Saturday afternoon. During the summer holidays, we organize a week-long camp with them.
Also, I am hardworking and motivated. I have worked for a catering service, where I served at weddings, as a bartender, and more. I worked in setting up and taking down concert stages, and in youth groups, we did a lot of large-scale woodcraft projects. Now, I work in a retirement home, where I clean the rooms. And whenever possible, I take the time to chat with the residents.
In September and until the beginning of November, I travelled with Workaway and stayed in a small multigenerational community. There, I contributed to gardening tasks and helped prepare firewood for the winter.
After that, I spent one month travelling with Worldpackers and stayed in a large hostel. My main responsibilities included housekeeping and working as a waiter, allowing me to gain valuable experience in the hospitality sector.
Finally, I have my diving license for depths of up to 18 meters, and I go rock climbing every week.

I would like to learn English or another language because, for me, being able to speak multiple languages is important. Nowadays, English is essential. I believe that all other languages are important as well.

As hobbies, I do theater, rock climbing, and I lead children's activities once a week. I am also a fan of cinema, I love to wonder in nature and I enjoy meeting new people.
