I love learning and teaching! I am a 200 hour certified yoga teacher, soon to be 500 hour. I love language! I'm learning Spanish and eager to teach English. I'm interested in holistic health and I love to share my yoga, fitness and nutrition knowledge. I am eager to learn about herbal medicine and spiritual practices.

I have an bachelor's degree with a major in English, a minor in Spanish, and I completed all classes in the school of Education at WMU. I have functional Spanish, and I can teach in depth grammatical language since I've spent considerable time studying the foundation of both English and Spanish. I've spent almost 6 months in Colombia in 2025, so I am comfortable with the challenge of using Spanish in spite of my lack of fluency.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I teach yoga in both English and Spanish, and I guide meditation and pranayama. I lived and worked at a horse boarding stable in my youth, and I have some experience with gardening, though I need some refreshers and guidance at this time. I worked as a Director of Sales and Revenue strategy in hospitality, so I have a passion for making people feel comfortable and welcome.

I love music and immersing myself in new cultures! I am on the yogic path and I am dedicated to my education and implementation of the yoga philosophy/lifestyle. I am a feminist, and I am not religious. I believe in the golden rule, but I do not believe in a creator. I respect different beliefs, but I will not participate in prayer or Christian teachings.
