Hello! My name is Caitlyn, I'm 21 years old, I'm from England and I'm currently travelling around the world to gain more experience in childcare and/or education. I am full of energy, consideration and nurture with warm and vibrant energy. My biggest passion in life is working with children and I love to push myself as I know just how much hard work, patience and most importantly understanding can strengthen and create a trusting, strong and meaningful bond with a child. I believe it is extremely valuable to learn and experience all different types of settings to expand and enhance my skill set and knowledge on childcare so that I can utilise this and apply it to have a greater impact on children’s lives. I am eager to meet all sorts of new faces, improve my skills and knowledge, positively impact others, explore and experiment, learn more about others and myself, challenge myself and make wonderful memories along the way.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I have extensive experience working with kids and people of all ages, up to 30+, with widely varying abilities, from severe needs to high functioning needs and also mainstream. This is through my work in a SEN school while completing my apprenticeship in Rigby Hall Special School and spending a few months in a summer camp and multiple workaways with mainstream schools as well as work back home in daycare. I absolutely adore working with kids and would love to combine my love for travel with this and work with kids around the world. I am very bubbly and energetic and love dedicating my time and energy to my passion of childcare and/or education. I also have experience working with children abroad and teaching english both in one to one and classes. Working with children has taught me that patience, time. understanding and lots of care is vital in forming heartwarming and precious bonds with the children and helping them develop and grow. I love connecting with others and going outside of my comfort zone.

Was noch ...

I always aim to push myself out of my comfort zone as it has taught me so much about myself and made me a stronger, open minded and more versatile person. I am eager to learn from others and widen my skill set so that I can give a child everything I can to support them in whatever they need. i am a hardworking person and I love to push myself as it has made me be able to adapt, think on my feet and improve my knowledge and understanding.
