Beschreibung
The pandemic pushed me to seek alternative ways to live. Became a digital normad April 1, 2021. Started by traveling around the United States (40 States in 4 months) renting a room in airbnb's, staying and living with locals. Then I caught the bug and backpacked through Western Europe after staying 2 months in Costa Rica and 1 month in Mexico. Came back home and continued on my third traveling chapter and backpacked through Asia (Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, Laos, Japan and South Korea. Went back home to Seattle November 2023 and have been back in the United States until now. Currently sitting at 25 countries. Goal is to reach 40 countries by the end of my 40th year around this lovely planet by April 30, 2026. Currently on my 4th chapter of my 5 chapter masterpiece.
Once I gotten comfortable with staying in Aibbnb's, I wanted more growth. I recently applied for my first Rover sit in May 2024, dog and house sitting little Chico in Mountain View, California. Then I recently finished a housesitting assignment in Fallbrook, California at Nina's amazing mini-farm where I took care of 3 lovely dogs, 1 chunky cat, a sheep, a goat, 2 donkeys, a tortoise, a 300 pound Vietnamese pot bellied pig, 2 geese, 3 chickens. It was my first real experience as a farmer. I learned so much during my 7 weeks. She even also allowed me to manage and co-host her airbnb cottage that is attached to the side of the farm. I was responsible for taking care of the guests and clearning up the airbnb after the guests.
Nina asked me have you heard of Workaway? She said I would be perfect for it. So here I am here on workaway looking for workaway assiangments that can add value to both myself and the host.
Whenever I am in a different country I like to live like a local, grocery shopping and cooking local cusine. I can help out in groceries shopping and cooking around the house. I am lend my service in cleaning, gardening, and I am great with kids and could help out in that area as well!
Looking forward to matching with kind hearted souls so we can be characters in each other's new adventure and journey together. Hopefully we can add value to each other and come out feeling a great sense of contentment from the time we share together.
I was originally born in Vietnam so I can cook you a nice bowl of Pho and share my knowledge and experience from living and working in Vietnam from 2010-2016.

Was könntest du arbeiten?
I can pet sit and take care of dogs, cats and farm animals. I can do household cleaning and chores. Can babysit and take care of kids. Can play various sports with kids or even the hosts. I can help with grocries and cooking. Can help with gardening work. Not the best handy man but willing to learn and be of use if hosts are willing to teach and have patience.

During my journey since 2021 I taught myself how to play tennis, golf, surf, ran a full marathon with my sister in 2023 after barely running 5k in 2021, hiked all over the United States and Europe and Asia, joined various meet ups around the world. The mind is elastic right now and willing to learn new new skills and adventures!
