We're Ollie and Aisha!

A year ago Aisha was planning a trip to Australia to explore, and to also visit a friend (Ollie) who was moving from England. Long story short, he decided to stay in England and they are now a couple! They are combining both their dreams and would now like re-ignite their plans to visit Australia.

Ollie has his own Grounds Maintenance and Tree Care firm in his home-country of England. With this, comes an abundance of expertise and knowledge which would be helpful in taking care of gardens and green spaces! He has a happy-go-lucky personality, is a hard worker and has travelled the world! He is keen to get involved and get stuck in.

From a young age, Aisha has gained a lot of experience in volunteering and travel. She has supported permaculture farming in Wales, taught Art lessons in Nepal to children and has built eco-homes in Portugal, to name a few!

After a long travelling hiatus, she feels very excited to engage with like-minded volunteers once again - to places never explored before! She’s a cheerful soul who’s happy to get involved and is so excited to get to know more of you.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Aisha: I have helped built eco buildings in Portugal, taught Art lessons to young children in Nepal and have volunteered in an animal sanctuary in Thailand. I have also volunteered on a permaculture farm in Wales in the UK. I love being part of a community and sharing experiences, its a truly special kind of travelling!

Ollie: I have backpacked around the world and am comfortable making friends wherever I go. My main skills include, arboriculture, habitat creation, and garden maintenance, but I am often doing DIY around the house and would be happy to help with this too!

Was noch ...

Aisha: I currently work in an Arts centre here in the UK. My background is in arts, culture and events and I have put on a couple of my own exhibitions and festivals. I would love to share creativity with you.

Ollie: I am running my own Grounds maintenance firm, which has enabled me to utilise my knowledge of tree care and habitat management. I would describe myself as a water baby as majority of my hobbies involve being surrounded by, or on water. I enjoy cooking with Aisha and I'm sure we'd be delighted to cook a veggie meal for you.
