Hey, my name is Aimée :)

In the next few lines, I would like to tell you more about myself and my motivations to be a part of your family for a few months. I am very adventurous and it is my biggest dream to travel to as many countries as possible in my life. In my opinion, there is nothing better than getting to know new countries, their people, culture and everything that belongs to them. I hope to start this journey this summer so I can now hopefully fulfill my dream. I‘m especially interested in the northern countries like Iceland, Norway, Sweden Finland. I think you have an incredibly beautiful landscape that I would love to learn more about (it would definitely help me learn how to take photos as well. That is a goal I have set for myself while I am abroad for a year). I am also very interested and fascinated by your way of life and culture, so I would love to learn more about that as well.

But now let me introduce myself to you:
- I am 18 years old and live together with my parents in Pfaffenhofen (near Munich). I have two siblings but they don't live at home anymore.
- This summer, I'll be taking my Abitur at the FOS Scheyern in the ABU branch (agricultural, biological and environmental technology). Now, after 13 intensive years of school, I would like to spend a year abroad visiting some of my dream places. But I also already have plans for thereafter: I would like to start my studies as a forensic scientist with full energy and anticipation.
- In my free time I mainly play tennis. I started when I was four years old and I still enjoy playing it and use to play 4-5 times a week.
- I love to work with children which is why I worked as a tennis trainer and did an internship in the kindergarden
- Otherwise, I often go out with friends, but I also enjoy reading a book, painting, doing other fun and creative activities (Spikeball etc.) or listening to music in peace and quiet.
- I also love to be out in nature on my bike or help my mom in the garden or around the house

I hope this list gives you a better idea of who I am and how I spent my free time. As I mentioned above, traveling and discovering the world is one of my biggest goals and dreams in life. It does not matter to me whether I experience these adventures alone or with good friends. I find it incredibly beautiful to get to know new people, their culture and way of life and hope to share a part of my culture. Through workaway and the stay in your family I hope to collect incredible experiences that I will never forget in my life. In the end I hope that we will all have a very nice time together while I can learn many new things.

I would be very happy to be a part of your family for a few months, support you in your life and to get to know some of your beautiful home country.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

- After my high school graduation, my plan is to work in a gardening for 2 months to gain more experience
- Some time ago I renovated my entire room. Thereby I have chosen the design myself, picked out the matching furniture, built all new furniture and decorations up and repainted my room
-If I had to describe myself, there are a few characteristics that come to mind immediately. I am incredibly determined; if I want something desperately, then I give everything for it, no matter how much time and energy it takes in the end. I am also a perfectionist; I'm not satisfied with myself until things are exactly the way I imagine them. I also love to help people; when my friends ask for my help, I stop what I'm doing to be there for them.
