  We are a little family business offering guided coastal cruises on the shore of Bornholm during the Summer ( May- Sept). Our flybridge yacht holds a maximum of 12 passengers and our business contains of both two daily tours ( the main attraction being our 3 hour sunset -cruise) and charters. Here we host both private parties ( weddings, family-birthdays, graduations, Sea -burials etc) and international cruise ship visitors.
  
  We only sail close to the shore and in good weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and unforgettable experience.
  
  Apart from our boat business, we rent out two properties for which we need help with turnovers about once a week.

  You will learn about our country and culture, and get to experience Island life at it's best! There are a lot of activities to do and experience during the Summer, as Bornholm is one of Denmarks most popular tourist destinations. Our harbour is Gudhjem, an idyllic and popular village with concerts, activities and wonderful nature all around! Additionally you will get practical skills how to tie the lines and learn about boating and safety on board our motoryacht.

  Arbeit

  As our business is highly dependable on the weather, the help hours are very varied! Some days there is no work at all while we sail two tours on a good day when the weather is nice. Therefore it is also difficult to know exactly how much you will earn.
  You are independant, with your own projects to entertain you on quiet days, an organized and service minded person to help us on board the yacht. You must be healthy with good hearing and sight, physically fit as you'll need to pass a medical exam. Not prone to sea sickness.
  You need to learn basic sailing skills like tying ropes and birthing the boat from the quay. No sailing the boat, only assisting the captain in manoeuvring. We can teach you all the skills you'll need.
  You will also help preparing a local tapas menu we serve on board, take drink orders, and serve our guests during the tour. We serve and eat meat and can not pay special attention to your specific dietary restrictions if any.
  You must speak English and preferably German.
  We also have two rental units, where we need you to help cleaning the houses for the next guests.

  Unterkunft

  You will live in our modern 6.80m caravan with hot water installed right next to our house on our private property. Toilet and shower is in our garage. There is a nice wooden terrasse outside the caravan with a grill and garden furniture.

  Was noch ...

  You can explore the beautiful island of Bornholm with a lot of attractions during the Summer! We live only 3 min walk from a great beach and only 10 min walk from buzzing Gudhjem, one of the most popular tourist villages of Bornholm. There is a bus outside our home and you can borrow a bike any time you like to get around.
  There will be free time, as we only sail in good weather conditions, so you will have the opportunity to do things on your own as well.
