  Come be part of something new and soulful.
  This is a peaceful space by the Pacific Ocean, surrounded by trees, wildflowers, and the sound of the waves. You'll help during the opening phase and welcome the first guests. There’s art, wild nature, warm sunsets, great local food, and charming towns nearby. You’ll feel safe, free, and part of something meaningful.
  Yo will be not only a volunteer, you will be part of a family and friends. You must be comfortable always :)

  Where we are now...
  
  I´m currently working with the construction team, along with professionals in architecture, landscaping, electrical work, design, and interior styling, while also handling the necessary paperwork. At the same time, I’m selecting materials, textures, and colors (Pantone), defining the terrace design, and choosing the best options for installing hot tubs and outdoor furniture suited for a salty coastal environment —with the goal of creating a unique touch that connects the Adriatic with the Pacific.
  Still, this process doesn’t prevent me from already welcoming guests to the main house, which has excellent references from its time on Couchsurfing, having hosted people from different parts of the world.
  
  The project:
  
  An interesting, well-crafted coastal project in Pichilemu: Chilean surf vibes with a Croatian/Dalmatian touch. It’s not just a place to sleep, I value cultural exchange, good design, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
  
  Tasks you can help with:
  
  Landscaping & paths
  Garden care & watering
  Property caretaking (keep areas tidy, basic checks, report issues)
  Simple carpentry (small shelves, benches, planters, deck touches)
  Simple painting & light fixes
  Organizing the workshop container, décor details, and photos for listings
  Nature-focused ideas: a greenhouse, plant beds, and caring for the papaya trees already on site
  Accommodation & place
  Stay in the existing house (or a small volunteer cabin). It’s a calm, safe property, large and beautiful, close to the ocean—you can hear it at night—and Punta de Lobos is an easy walk.
  Cultural exchange
  Languages, food, music, ideas, and respectful teamwork.
  Practical
  
  Typical help:
  
  4–5 hours/day, 5 days/week (flexible). We agree tasks daily, clear and simple.

  You’ll learn about native plants like Carica chilensis (papayas), connect with locals and guests, and enjoy good food, slow moments, and the rhythm of the ocean.

  Unterkunft

  Volunteers will stay in a peaceful natural setting just a few minutes from the ocean.
  Depending on availability, accommodation may include a private room or a cozy camping space under beautiful old cypress trees. The atmosphere is very safe and quiet, with open skies and space to relax. You’ll also have access to a hot tub, outdoor cinema, stand-up paddle boards, and shared common areas to chill or connect with other guests.
  The space will keep evolving as the project grows, offering more comforts step by step.
  
  Workawayers will enjoy a European–Chilean style breakfast with coffee, tea, fresh fruit, bread, eggs, cold cuts, jam, butter, milk, honey and cereals. For lunch and dinner we’ll have homemade, healthy and varied meals, often with fresh local ingredients like vegetables, rice, pasta, fish or meat.
  Whenever possible we’ll share meals together as part of the cultural exchange, and on the days when I’m not around, there will always be ingredients in the kitchen so you can prepare your own meals and still feel at home.

  There are also many interesting places nearby — cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, public transport just steps away, local shops, strip centers, and moreThere’s the possibility to cook together or share recipes and kitchen spaces if desired, or simply enjoy an outdoor film, good music, reading time, or walks around the area.
  This part of Chile’s central coast is full of quiet charm. It lies along a scenic coastal route surrounded by small picturesque towns, old saltworks, calm lagoons and wetlands. Every season, migratory birds stop here on their long journeys, giving life and color to the landscape.
  If you enjoy simple beauty, kind people, and feeling connected to your surroundings — this place will welcome you.

  I offer a very spacious, natural and peaceful place to park a campervan. The ground is flat and safe, with tree shade, drinking water, outdoor electricity, and solar lights that keep the area well-lit at night. If you need more info, just ask me.
