Beschreibung
We live where others come for holiday - in nature in a resort. Please check the location of Jebel Sifah. We are not in a bustling city. We do expect someone to come at least for one week and share one of our languages.
Being elderly, we need 2 hours help in the morning and 1 in the evening. , We are both hard working! We do not pamper volunteers to have a holiday here.
going out with the boat, excursions and hikes or visiting friends and local Omanis does not count as work.
Gardening knowlegde and an understanding of sustainability from the volunteer is appreciated.
if you can adapt to the above you can expect an interesting stay in the international environment of Jebel Sifah.

Constantin came at the right time when our projects were in full swing. He gave great ideas and worked hard. His language skills and good communication with the local labourers helped enormously. I miss him very much and I hope that our paths cross again somewhere in the world.

being so young he lacked some skills and language, but everyone starts somewhere.
he is a good tennis player and a friend family enjoyed playing with him.
It is a bit sad that he found it difficult to give us a clear idea how long he would stay.

I am grateful that Aleksandra was flexible and ready to help me when coming from hospital. She worked methodical and thorough in our house, preferred to work outside. I wish she could have stayed longer as my elderly companion. We had good communication about our countries, cultures and languages during meals.

Lea and Alex were too short time with us, but we could do some of the nice activities Oman offers. First they helped me with creating a flyer for a kickbike event.
