Beschreibung
This farm is located in the heart of Värmland, between Karlstad, Arvika and Sunne. Around us, there are a variety of beautiful lakes and forests to explore.
Every year we plant vegetables. We have some animals on the farm, horses, sheeps, chicken and cats.
We have small-scale breeding of the Icelandic horse, they are free-range and are ridden in at the age of three or four.
We have chickens to get eggs and sheep to give us lamb meat.
Working tasks could be of different types, like for instance planting, painting, construction projects and taking care of animals or children. On a normal day, we work between 9 am-3 pm. We adapt to your ability and knowledge.
We eat all meals together and help each other in the kitchen. If we are four adults at the farm, everyone will cook every fours evening, that evening are you also responsible for cleaning up in the kitchen. We think it´s very positive if you like to cook and share food from your culture.
We who lives on the farm are Sara (43) and Peter (46) and our sons Vilgot and Arvid.
In spring 2023 we are working and partly from home, so you need to be self-propelled to some extent.
Peters's interest is in playing different kinds of music and gardenwork, and Sara's interest is to work with horses.
We prefer persons that are 23+ and have curiosity.

You will live in the small guest house. Sometimes you have to share room with someone else if you come alone.

Theres plenty to do around...you can go for hikes in a beautiful nature and take a swim in some of the lakes around or go fishing (we have a small boat). Pic berries and muchrooms in our forest. Relax and read. Take the train and visit Arvika or Karlstad. It´s just your own fantasy that stops you;)
The local train stops just 1000 meter from our farm, so it´s easy to travell here.
