  Hello everyone!
  
  We are Apu and Sabrina, a multi-species family. We live in El Bolsón, Patagonia, Argentina. I am a lawyer, teacher, and property manager in the Andean region. Apu is a 7-year-old Boxer dog—well-behaved, sweet, playful, and very active.
  
  This fall and winter, we will be separated for many days. Apu usually stays at a kennel, but this time that's not possible. So, we are looking for a very special person or couple who understands how important it is for us to maintain routines and care for both Apu and the house during those days.
  
  Our house is lovely. We have a spacious bedroom with a large double bed, a bathroom with a jacuzzi, a fully equipped kitchen, a garden with a table and chairs, and large windows that provide warmth, light, and beautiful mountain views—ideal for working, relaxing, and enjoying ourselves at any time of day.
  
  El Bolsón is a mountain town with rivers, forests, lakes, trails, and even its own ski resort, allowing us to experience the authentic life of the Andes Mountains with all the services and infrastructure of a small city.
  
  The house is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, just minutes from the town center. The streets are gravel, tree-lined, and have little traffic. And best of all: you're always surrounded by the mountains, as we're in a valley that also provides a slightly warmer and less windy climate than the surrounding towns and cities.
  
  If you're thinking of coming to southern Argentina this season, this exchange could be the best option, as it combines home life with winter activities. It's ideal for remote workers and for those who need to slow down in a truly magical and special setting.

  Somos Apu y Sabrina, una familia multiespecie. Vivimos en El Bolsón, Patagonia argentina. Yo soy abogada, profesora y administradora de propiedades en la comarca andina. Apu es un perro Boxer de 7 años de edad, educado, dulce, juguetón y muy activo.
  
  Este otoño-invierno nos toca separarnos muchos días. Por lo general Apu se queda en una guardería, pero esta vez no es posible. Así que buscamos a una persona o pareja muy especial que comprenda lo importante que es para nosotros mantener las rutinas y el cuidado, tanto de Apu como de la casa, en esos días.
  
  Nuestra casa es muy linda. Disponemos de un dormitorio amplio con cama doble grande, un baño con jacuzzi, una cocina totalmente equipada, jardín con mesa y sillas y ventanas grandes que facilitan la calidez, luminosidad y las hermosas vistas a las montañas, ideal para trabajar, relajar y disfrutarla en todo momento del día.
  
  El Bolsón es un pueblo de montaña, con ríos, bosques, lagos, senderos y hasta un centro de esquí propio, que nos permiten darnos el lujo de conocer la auténtica vida de la cordillera de los Andes con todos los servicios e infraestructura de una ciudad pequeña.
  
  La casa se encuentra ubicada en un barrio residencial muy tranquilo, a escasos minutos del centro comercial. Las calles son de ripio, arboladas y con poco tránsito. Y lo mejor de todo: siempre te rodean las montañas, ya que nos encontramos en un valle que, ademas, nos permite tener un clima un poco más cálido y menos ventoso que las ciudades y pueblos aledaños.
  
  Si estas pensando en venir al sur argentino esta temporada, este intercambio puede ser la mejor opción, ya que combina vida hogareña con las actividades de invierno. Es ideal para trabajadores remotos y para quienes necesiten bajar su ritmo de vida en un entorno realmente mágico y especial.

  The entire house is included in this exchange. I won't be there in person, but you'll have people nearby who can help you with anything you need. And I'll always be available by phone, of course. The house will be fully equipped, including sheets and towels. You'll just need to provide your own food.

  This house is my primary and permanent residence. Therefore, it is extremely important to me to maintain decorum, cleanliness, order, and safety, both for the house and for Apu. For this reason, I expect you to live here with respect and responsibility. You will receive the same respect and responsibility from me and anyone who replaces me at all times.
  
  The following are prohibited in the house:
  ° SMOKING
  ° BRINGING GUESTS (EVEN JUST PASSING THROUGH)
  ° HOSTING OTHER PEOPLE (OR HAVING SOMEONE STAY OVERNIGHT)
  ° HOLDING PARTIES OR SOCIAL EVENTS
  ° LEAVING THE DOG ALONE FOR MORE THAN 5 HOURS, ESPECIALLY IF IT IS RAINING OR SNOWING. IT IS PROHIBITED TO LEAVE IT OUTSIDE.
  ° NOT REPLACING ANYTHING THAT IS BROKEN
  ° NOT NOTIFYING ME IF YOU WILL NOT BE AT THE HOUSE FOR A DAY OR MORE.
  
  Since the exchange is for pet and house care, it is understood that the person staying will have free time, but cannot be absent for a full day or more without first arranging Apu's transfer to a doggy daycare. In such cases, the cost will be shared, provided it does not exceed two days, once a month. If it is more than two days, the cost will be borne by the volunteer, without exception.

  La casa es mi residencia habitual y principal. Por lo tanto es súper importante para mí mantener el decoro, la limpieza, el orden y la seguridad, tanto de la vivienda como de Apu. Por ello, cuento con que la habitarán con respeto y responsabilidad. Lo mismo recibirán de mi parte y de las personas que me reemplacen en todo momento.
  En la casa está prohibido:
  ° FUMAR
  ° TRAER ACOMPAÑANTES (ASÍ SEA DE PASO)
  ° ALOJAR A OTRAS PERSONAS (O QUE ALGUIEN "SE QUEDE A DORMIR")
  ° REALIZAR FIESTAS O EVENTOS SOCIALES
  ° DEJAR AL PERRO SOLO MAS DE 5 HORAS, ESPECIALMENTE SI LLUEVE O NIEVA ESTA PROHIBIDO DEJARLO AFUERA.
  ° NO REPONER LO QUE SE ROMPA
  ° NO AVISAR SI NO ESTARA EN LA CASA POR UN DIA O MAS.
  Como el intercambio es por cuidado de mascotas y casa, claramente se entiende que la persona que se quede tendrá tiempo libre, pero no podrá ausentarse todo un día o más sin coordinar el traslado de Apu a una guardería previamente, en cuyo caso el costo será compartido siempre que no supere los dos días, una vez al mes. En caso que sean más días, el costo será asumido por la persona voluntaria, sin excepción.
