We are a family who is active in the local area and community with myself (44) and wife Sarah (38), kids 6 and 8 we enjoy hiking, mountain biking, fishing, surfing, and general fitness.
Modern coastal studio to live in in near lakes, national parks, beach 12 km's form Hastings Street and Noosa Beach. Cooroibah is a peaceful rural residential area where we live as a young family of four.

We will offer our studio in return for some maintenance around our one acre property. We have two mountain bikes, surfboards, kayak, fishing rods, pool, outdoor area.

2 bedroom detached studio of 100sqm with laundry, bathroom, kitchen, living room and verandah. The unit is modern and comfortable.
Our shed has a bunch of outdoor equipment for you to enjoy. There is a National Park 5 minutes from our front door with Mt Tinbeerwah for great hiking and world class mountain bike trails nearby. The lake system has water sports galore.
