Welcome! We are a couple from Germany
and Bulgaria. We found an old house to buy in a very wild nature close to Kjustendil, by the village Bunovo. Our dream is to make a simple, sweet and magical home for us and for people, who want to connect more deeper to nature and the elements. We want to use old technology and natural material, like clay and wood.
This valley is surrounded by forest and mountain. Also near by are living more people, like a little communitiy, musicians and nature lovers.

We are looking for people who want to learn about natural bulding in a very wild place with kitchen outside and cooking on fire and sleeping in the tent or just under the sky. The food is vegetarian. In the free time is music and many nice possibility to walk around. The place is far from civilization - 6km from the main road (dirt road and some walking) and 20 km from the nearest city.
Internet connection is only on the mobile phone.
Because we want to keep the connection with wild animals were don't want any dogs close to our place.
To be in this place is just healing.

There is an expert in eco building who likes to share his knowledge. You can learn to work with natural materials like clay and wood.

The people in the valley are bulgarians and sometimes we gather together to sing tranditional songs also with tradtional instruments. They also like to cook traditonal food.

There are the beautiful rocks of Shegava canion near by. You can visiting small villages. And of course - the turkish baths in Kyustendil is very tradional.

The main road is for 6 km and 20 km to the nearest shop. We go once or twice a week to the shop by car, so you can join for shopping.
You can come by bus from Sofia or Kyustendil, and then walk 4 km to the house, or we can pick you up from somewhere. Hitch-hiking is a good option.
