  We are Chloé and Alex, managers of the oasis, a tourist establishment on the magnificent Bhaibah beach, 45km from Essaouira.
  
  Our place is a blend of seaside camping, villas, nature, a surf vibe, and a simple, friendly atmosphere.
  
  We welcome travelers from all over the world: campers, vanlifers, families, surfers, remote workers, and people who are simply looking to slow down and enjoy nature.
  
  Our team is a mix of local Moroccan staff, friends of the place, volunteers and people who come from different backgrounds and cultures.
  
  Some of us have been here for years, others stay only for a season, but everyone helps create the atmosphere of the oasis 🌊
  
  We are not a luxury hotel or a large tourist resort. The atmosphere is more family-oriented, relaxed, and authentic. We work in a relaxed but dynamic environment where no two days are really the same.
  
  Depending on the season, the place can be very calm or very lively with travellers from all around the world.
  
  Our team shares simple values:

  good communication,
  and positive energy.
  
  We are not a formal hotel structure with strict routines all day long.
  We prefer a human atmosphere where people help each other naturally and where everyone can bring their personality and ideas. We like positive, creative, independent people who appreciate living close to nature.

  Notre lieu est un mélange entre camping en bord de mer, villas, nature, ambiance surf et esprit simple et convivial.
  Nous accueillons des voyageurs du monde entier : campeurs, vanlifers, familles, surfeurs, télétravailleurs et personnes qui cherchent simplement à ralentir un peu et profiter de la nature.
  
  Ici, la vie tourne autour :
  
  des couchers de soleil,
  de l’océan,
  des repas partagés,
  du thé marocain,
  du vent,
  des rencontres,
  et des petits moments simples.
  
  Nous ne sommes pas un hôtel de luxe ou une grosse structure touristique.
  L’ambiance est plutôt familiale, détendue et authentique.
  
  Nous aimons les personnes positives, créatives, autonomes et qui apprécient la vie proche de la nature.

  The oasis is located directly on the beach, in a peaceful natural area far from mass tourism.
  
  The property includes:
  
  several villas,
  a camping area,
  sanitary facilities,
  a small restaurant,
  outdoor chill spaces,
  terraces with ocean views,
  and lots of wind, sunsets and fresh air 🌅
  
  Life here is simple and connected to the rhythm of nature.
  
  Some days are calm and peaceful, others are busy and full of travelers.
  You need to enjoy flexibility and not expect a “perfectly organized hotel environment.”
  
  This experience is ideal for people who:
  
  enjoy outdoor living,
  like ocean atmosphere,
  appreciate simple lifestyles,
  are autonomous,
  and enjoy meeting people from different cultures.
  
  Experience country life in the heart of a tourist resort, meet new people daily, all within an idyllic working environment. Separate accommodation is provided.

  Arbeit

  We are looking for people who can help us with small tasks (wood construction, masonry and painting) with partial or total autonomy.

  Nous sommes à la recherche de personnes pouvant nous aider à réaliser de petits travaux (construction bois, maçonnerie et peinture) en autonomie partielle ou totale.

  Unterkunft

  Meals will be provided during the stay, but they will not always be cooked or prepared for volunteers.
  Sometimes we cook and share meals together, and other times volunteers will have access to ingredients and a kitchen to prepare their own food independently.
  We try to keep a simple, flexible and friendly atmosphere rather than a “hotel service” experience 🙂
  
  A separate unit is available with a kitchenette, double bed and small living room. Separate bathroom shared with the campsite.
