  Hello, I’m Alice, a retired graphic design teacher. I look after a large, old country house in Liguria. I live in this house for most of the year, tending to the vegetable patch, the garden and an olive grove with 65 trees. This isn’t a commercial venture. I enjoy meeting new people and sharing my daily life and my knowledge with them.
  
  Ciao, sono Alice, un'insegnante di grafica in pensione, mi occupo di una vecchia e grande casa in campagna in Liguria. In questa casa abito buona parte dell'anno per curare l'orto, il giardino e un uliveto con 65 alberi. La mia non è un'attività commerciale. Mi piace conoscere persone nuove e condividere con loro la mia quotidianità e le mie conoscenze.

  I enjoy showing my guests the local highlights; there are some very interesting places nearby, both in terms of history and scenery. I can also share my passion for cooking and gardening. In return, I ask for help with the odd jobs that need doing from time to time to maintain the vegetable patch and garden (watering, harvesting, tending to the plants, weeding, etc.)
  
  Mi piace mostrare ai miei ospiti le particolarità del luogo, nei dintorni ci sono posti molto interessanti come storia e come paesaggio. Inoltro posso condividere la mia passione per la cucina e per il giardinaggio. In cambio, chiedo aiuto con i lavori che di volta in volta occorre fare per mantenere orto e giardino (irrigazione, raccolta, cura delle piante, pulizia delle erbacce ecc...)

  Unterkunft

  I am offering a room with an en-suite bathroom. The room has a double bed and a single bed, and offers plenty of privacy
  
  My usual three meals are: breakfast (coffee with milk, yoghurt, bread and jam); lunch (a plate of vegetables and a plate of cheese, plus fruit); and dinner (pasta, meat and a side dish, plus fruit). These can be adapted to suit the workers’ preferences; I have a large kitchen, so anyone who wants to cook for themselves is welcome to do so
  
  offro una camera con bagno privato. La camera ha un letto letto matrimoniale e uno singolo, ed ha molta privacy
  
  Normalmente i miei tre pasti sono: la colazione (caffelatte, yogurt, pane e marmellata) pranzo (un piatto di verdura e uno di formaggio, frutta) cena (pasta, carne e contorno, frutta). Si possono modificare secondo le abitudini dei lavoratori, ho una grande cucina, se qualcuno vuole cucinare per conto suo è benvenuto

  The beaches are a fifteen-minute drive from my house, or, in the opposite direction, there are mountain trails. Anyone who comes to my house can go on lovely walks or visit some very interesting villages
  
  a quindici minuti di auto da casa mia ci sono le spiagge, oppure nella direzione opposta sentieri di montagna. Chi viene nella mia casa può fare delle belle escursionio visitare villaggi molto interessanti
