  I'm a single father with 4.5yr old boy. I work from an office in Palma and sometimes from home. My son goes to school (0900-1530) in the village. I travel quite a bit with work.
  
  We are actively looking for an AuPair for September 10th to Oct 10th (and beyond for the right person/couple.).
  
  Would definitely appreciate some help cleaning/cooking/gardening (10,000sqm!) and a driver's license would be compulsory. We can provide a car to the right candidates.
  
  Would suit a couple very well given the separate accommodation in newly refurbished apartment.

  Living on a paradise island in a world Heritage site, Mallorca is the perfect place to immerse yourself is Spanish culture and pick up the language (both Catalan and and Castellano).
  The property is completely private and with your help will hopefully become sustainable one day...
  We would like to setup solar electric system, improve irrigation, grow our own vegetable (we already have many fruit trees/vines), etc...

  Arbeit

  Ideally looking for a couple to help with 1Ha of land/garden and one young boy of almost 5yrs. The property is in a stunning location in the Tramontana 10min walk between two villages. The terracced walls need constant maintenance and there are always some minor construction and gardening projects on the go...e.g. improving an outdoor kitchen, making pergola's, building outdoor furniture, improving irrigation systems, etc..
  My son is super sweet and would need minimal help such as occasional babysitting, pick-up/drop off from school.

  Unterkunft

  Apartment with king-sized double bed, ensuite shower, kitchen. There is a full fridge/freezer, induction hob, electric oven, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, etc. There will eventually be a sofa bed for guests and a TV. There is AC/heating.
  There is a small swimming pool in a private area of the garden for communal use.

  Time off can be spent hiking (the garden is right on the famous GR221 trail), biking/mountain biking, climbing, 30 mins from most beaches, 10mins from village, 30 min bus from Palma.
