  Hi everyone,
  Thank you for taking your time reading my profile. I am an Iranian/Canadian architect, photographer and artist living in the beautiful city of Vila Nova de Cerveira. In my life, I am always looking for new projects, because I believe age is only a number. In the last years, I have rebuild an old stone house with a beautiful river view and mended it to be my retirement home with many amazing features and lovely corners to spend time in. I would very much appreciate help with light tasks around the renovation projects I am involved in, gardening and probably some household tasks around cooking. We have a volunteers to help me with some light tasks in like painting and gardening in my newly renovated house.
  
  I am quite active, have many stories to tell, love nature and everything outside, going around for photography excursions and am in love with classical music. I also have a small and very friendly dog, Lima, who is staying with me. I am happily married to a Portuguese lady living in our home in Lisbon.

  As a professional photographer, I am happy to share those skills with you. I also enjoy talking about the Iranian revolution and other cultural topics and am passionate about creating art. I am a very handy person and can show you skills around welding and carpentry.

  Arbeit

  I would very much appreciate help around the house and renovation projects (small painting jobs, wood and metal construction), gardening and some cooking. I am very experienced with construction and can show you everything you need to know, from wood work to welding. I also have a greatly equipped workshop. I also love cooking and sharing meals. But when I am alone, I don't do it much. Having your help for cooking would be nice. I have a cleaner that comes once a week, so cleaning wouldn't be a major task for you to do.

  Unterkunft

  I have a well furnished bedroom with two single beds, where you can stay in. As a couple, you could move the beds together. We share the living area and kitchen. I have my own bathroom, so you would have more privacy in the public bathroom you could use.

  Was noch ...

  I am living 10 mins from the city centre of Vila Nova de Cerveira. It is a lovely city with a river beach, a train taking you to the ocean and many cultural activities. In order to reach my place, I advise you to take a train or bus from Porto to Vila Nova de Cerveira and walk from the station to my home, it is not that far. The area is amazing for hiking, surfing and cultural experiences.

  I have glass fibre internet and a desk. However, it is located in the mezzanine of an open room concept. If your work involves a lot of meetings, it might be better to choose another spot. But generally this is a beautiful place to work.
