  Beschreibung

  We are a a shared house of 8 people, situated at the foot of the panoramic Pfannenstiel hill in Meilen, overlooking the lake of Zurich. It's a colorful house of peace and calmness, with room to grow and build. We have a new gardening space that we just prepared. For some of us it is the first time gardening, so we are experimenting a bit and hope to get some experienced people to help us in that learning process. We plan to grow mostly veggies bur also herbs and flowers for bees that we intend to have one day... We are looking for people that are motivated to engange in community life. There are many areas where people can create and put their own ideas into practice. Besides the help in the garden, we have a pretty old farmhouse to take care of. For example there is a dance space that likes to be improved, we intend to build a Yoga plattform outside and a kitchen under the stars :)

  Kultureller Austausch und Lernmöglichkeiten

  We are a house for low incomes, nomads, travellers, creatives, artists, musicians. We intend to live a colorful life together as a community, supporting each other, learn from each other.
  
  We love to make music together, sit around the bonfire, swim in the lake, walk in the forests nearby, go on foodwaste missions and after some dirty garden work there is the possibility to finish the day by a Sauna session :)

  Garden help, watering the plants, taking care of the house /building something useful, helping food saving (foodsharing) and sometimes cooking, spending time with the roomies, enjoying the sunny hills and lake around...

  Unterkunft

  Easiest is, if you travel by van an can sleep there. We also have a camping area around the house. Please let us know if you are bringing your own sleeping gear, otherwise we can provide it. There is a Caravan in the garden which can be used, so you will have your own space. There is also a guest room, where you can stay if it is available and if all agree. Plenty of possibilities :)
  
  We provide veggies from the garden as well as other food that we are getting through Foodsharing form different places. Some of the food is already cooked (all vegetarian), sometimes we cook together, sometimes you will have to cook yourself. If you find other work in Switzerland you are welcome to stay here as well and help less in the garden. So gardening/watering plants in the summer would be in exchange for accommodation...
