  Hi!!
  This is a family made up of 5 people: mum (Mamen), dad (Nacho) and our three children: Mario (12 years old), Guille (10 years old) and Carmen (7 years old).
  
  We live in Maracena, a little city very close to the marvelous Granada city, which is in southern Spain🇪🇦 .
  
  Before having children, both of us traveled a lot around the world 🌎 and we wish our children had such intercultural experience as well. We would like them to become fluent English speakers so welcoming people from foreign countries (with an excellent level of English or native) is one of the most effective way to make it real. We think hosting new people is a very enriching life lesson.
  
  We can't wait to have you at home!☺️

  Well, we live in Maracena, a very close city to Granada. If Maracena offers a wide range of sports and cultural activities, Granada offers a even wider array of cultural possibilities... It is a very cosmopolitan city where you will always find people interested in doing exchanges.
  Maracena is a city of around 20.000 inhabitants. It is really close to Granada, one of the most beautiful cities in Spain😍. You'll have a chance to visit the Alhambra, the most popular tourist attraction in our country. Granada is a charming, vibrant and cosmopolitan city, where you'll be able to find so many different cultures. Granada is simply full of magic 🪄. You'll get in love with our city.
  Maracena is a lovely city. There is a park near our house where we frequently go. We are very close to our neighbours, so we spend a lot of time with them in the park. There is an athletics track and also a huge gym. Maracena is a quiet city. It has many shops and it is well linked (there is a tramway 🚋 which rapidly connect to Granada).
  I have been a teacher of Spanish and could help with the improvement of the traveller's Spanish language learning too.

  Arbeit

  We basically request conversation classes with our children for 45 minutes at least twice a week with each of them. We would also need him/her to babysit them whenever one of us is away or working. We would need that in the evenings from 15.30 to 20.30 aproximately.

  Unterkunft

  We live in a big house in Maracena🏠, very near the city of Granada.
  Our house has a big kitchen where we spend most of our time and a charming patio where we spend lots of time with friends. Our house has 6 bedrooms (one of them we use it when we work at home). We live in a residential area which contains nice gardens🌿, where children can play, and a swimming pool🏊‍♀️, which is only open during summer time.
  We've got a really cute room for you. It's on the third floor and it is en-suite🚿. You will have a good Wifi connection and a table in case you need to study or work💻. It has also got a big terrace from where you can see beautiful sunsets 🌄 and nice views from Sierra Nevada. You will love the room!😌
  
  You can eat anything you need from our place. We would buy anything you need for you. We Will make lunch for you. We can also do dinner, but we'd rather keep It flexible as some days we jus eat very little at night.

  In our free time we basically do sports and learn music. Daddy and the older son take music lessons on Wednesdays (they play the piano 🎹 and the guitar🎸). Mummy and Carmen, the little one, so track and trail 🏃‍♀️. The two older boys love football (soccer) ⚽ and they train several times per week. Also they are learning tennis 🎾. On Saturdays they usually play within a soccer league with other teams. At the weekend we also participate in different races. We love going to the cinema📽️, hiking 🥾 and going to the beach🏖️.

  We want our children to learn English in a natural way so we would offer either an exchange, parents talk in Spanish the workawayer uses English online with our kids :) Or we could pay per hour for the English lessons :)
