Beschreibung
Hi, I live in a comfortable house in a cute community, close to a beach, and about one hour by train from Wellington. I have two spare bedrooms and am keen to swap some gardening, painting and other help, for accommodation.
I love this part of NZ and am a keen photographer. I'm always happy to share ideas of what to do and see here and in other parts of NZ.
Raumati South is a fantastic place all year round for walks on the beach, great sunsets, close to bike trails, cafes and restaurants.
The food provided is vegan/plant based. -

Plenty to do locally; biking, visit the bird sanctuary at Kapiti Island, tramping, swimming in the sea and local rivers, visit Wellington via train or own transport. Cinema, cafes all in walking distance or within a few kilometres.
Non smokers preferred and there is no smoking permitted on the property or inside the house. -

Haruka was a lucky find. She fitted in really well to the household routines and weeded like it was a religion! Such a hard worker and very responsive to any direction or suggestions. Her outgoing personality made her a lovely companlon as well. Highly recommend her to other hosts.

Marciej is great! Hardworking and quick to say yes to any job I suggested. He was fun to have around the house- very easygoing. He did a great job staining my huge deck (4 coats!), built a little retaining wall and took on a host of small jobs. I recommend him to other hosts.
