Organic goat farm with making cheese in the Cévennes, France

Beschreibung

I’m an organic farmer in the Cévennes, a mountain in the southeast of France, in a beautiful national park. I breed 50 goats and I make cheese in a little farm. I purchased it in 2014, it was old and abandoned. The farm buildings are almost finished but much work is still necessary to restore the estate.
Some pigs, cats and a dog complete the herd.
When I have time, I play the accordion and the clarinet.

Unterkunft

Meals are simple with little meat, and often gluten cereals. I am a breeder and I eat my animals. Friends vegetarians, you are welcome if you have do not close-mind !
The house is not restored yet. The living conditions are rustic but there is a hot shower, dry toilets and a little guest room in the attic. You should not be afraid of walking in steep and bushed land neither of the many small animals living around such as spiders, firebugs, bats, flies, mouses…
Camping is possible in the Summer. I can’t welcome guests in Winter time because the guest room isn’t insulated well enough and is too cold then.
My neighbor has a hunt dog kennel. it's noisy during their soup time !
