  We have a small Almond & Olive Farm in the mountains of Andalusia close to the historic town of Vélez Rubio . We grown our own vegetables & have chicken, we also have 2 dogs so essential you are ok with them. Our home is a mixture of old and 1970’s . We do have a pool.

  Workaways will exchange language skills & caring with us for our lovely dogs. Enjoying the olive harvest with picnic lunches and understanding how we grow & make the olive oil for our own consumption.

  Arbeit

  Our house was renovated about 15 years ago , there are also some light home projects that we would like to do together. Pruning our almond & olive trees. We will need help at end of November early December to pick our olives.

  We are happy to feed you with home cooked meals & have bedrooms within the main house. There is a bedroom and private bathroom available .

  Was noch ...

  We are about 1.1/2 kilometres from the main town of Vélez Rubio with a smaller village about 8km away which has an historic castle in Vélez Blanco. There is also the national park at Maria which is about 15km away with lots of different walks. We are about an hour away from beaches at Mojacar & Aguilas. There are buses which go to the main big towns & trains run from Lorca which is about 1/2hour away.
