WE'RE ESPECIALLY LOOKI NG FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT A DEEP LEARNING EXPERIENCE AND CAN BE WITH US FOR AT LEAST 2 MONTHS
Are you passionate about sustainable farming and eager to dive deep into the world of agroecology, biodynamics, permaculture and biointensive farming? This is your gateway to holistic farming education, and we are calling for dedicated volunteers (or apprentices) like you to join us for an unforgettable experience!

Nestled in the heart of stunning natural beauty near Cali, Colombia, our farm is a sanctuary for those who yearn to learn and practice sustainable farming techniques. We're committed to nurturing the Earth while nurturing your knowledge.
What We Offer:
✨ Immersive Learning: Dive deep into the world of sustainable farming, guided by experts in agroecology, biodynamics, and permaculture. From soil regeneration to organic gardening to small animal husbandry, you'll gain hands-on experience that can be applied in future farming endeavors.
✨ Serene Environment: Surround yourself with lush landscapes and tranquil surroundings. Our farm is a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life, allowing us all to focus on calm observation, learning and growth.
✨ Diverse Community: Join a diverse community of like-minded individuals who share your passion for sustainability. Forge lifelong friendships, share stories, and exchange knowledge with fellow volunteers from around the world.
✨ Room and Board: We provide comfortable accommodation and delicious homegrown meals (occasionally we eat meat from our animals, but meals are usually vegetarian. We appreciate conscious and flexible eaters!).
Your Commitment:
To truly embrace the experience and the world of sustainable farming, we invite you to stay with us for AT LEAST 8 WEEKS. This extended period will allow you to immerse yourself fully in the rhythm of the agrarian lifestyle and gain more valuable skills and understanding. Although not required, we are VERY grateful for any donations that help us fulfil our mission of hosting lots of groups for meaningful educational experiences.

This is a hub of the organic food scene (and the art scene that accompanies it!) near Cali. Through our daily work, regular community gatherings, workshops, and the vibrant agrarian lifestyle that we live, travelers are sure to benefit in many ways: practical skills, language skills, spiritual/wellness skills.

House tasks, garden tasks, animal tasks... we are looking for help in our gardens and orchards, construction projects, house maintenance, cooking and food preservation, animal chores. We work hard and learn a lot and eat well!

Travelers are hosted in our baharaque home in a comfortable bedroom and bathroom, shared kitchen, beautiful views and chill-out spaces.

A cheap 40-minute bus ride gets us to the heart of Cali and all it has to offer. The pacific coast is not far, and many jungle/waterfall/river zones are easily accessible from our farm.
